Bob Ashton on Facebook: It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of my beloved wife Carol,Chickee to those who knew her well,on July 5th.She succumbed to complications after a lengthy illness. We knew each other for 17 days when we got on in San Francisco 43 years ago.Finding someone you love and loves you back is a wonderful, wonderful feeling. But finding a true soulmate is an even better feeling.A soulmate is someone who understands you like no other, will be there for you forever,no matter what. They say that nothing lasts forever, but I am a firm believer that for some lives on even after we are gone.Thank You everyone for your condolences and prayers. Many people walk in and out of our lives, but only true friends leave a footprint on our hearts!!!.
