Rest in peace, Elaine. You and Susan can be partners in crime once again.

It is difficult to write something about a dear friend's passing. The words come slowly and with tears. Elaine was a true friend, loyal, compassionate, and fun. She had such a crazy sense of humor and we always found a way to make each other laugh. From the time we were 12 yrs old until just recently we always found a way to reach out to each other. I was so fortunate to be able to visit with her in the same house she grew up in only a week or two before she died. We looked at old pictures and shared many happy memories. I think I made her laugh that day......I hope I did.

So here's to you Elaine, give your Mom and Sue a hug for me and tell them I say hello. I love you and will miss you "babe", but I will see you again!

Elaine always had a terrific sense of humor.  She didn't take herself seriously but rather she could enjoy life by bringing laughter to others.  We her classmates laughed at her antics but always with her not laughing at her.

For me she had a heart of gold and a kindness about her for the world to see.
